Evermore or something close to it

I dream waters undiscovered
They twist and turn and knock me off the ground
If there's meaning I won't find it
I'd rather sleep and see them once again

Someone wrote down on a piece of leather
Rules for the animal's keep
Everyone lies and everyone cries
When they read it they can't help but weep

I have tried to organize the pages on the shelf
I have spent long countless days
Running through the rain like a flower down the drain, and a dull haze sapping my health

Back and forth, I run and chase it
The ever sinking life without despair
If I try to unrecover
The whirlpool hits me once again

I tear pages never dusted
They sit alone in corners of your room

At the desk, covered in your blood

When you realize that you must desert me,
